The Happiness Principles
“Health: Improving our health is often the first step we can take to becoming happier. How could you create a community that learns, practices and coaches healthy habits such as walking 10,000 steps a day?”
“Family is a special key to happiness for us all. In what ways can family members spend one-on-one quality time with each other?”
“Work takes up most of our time, so ideally we should enjoy it! Can you think of a business that could help people find the purpose in work rather than just making a living?”
“Friends: The best way to multiply your happiness is to share it with your friends and significant others. How could you utilize social networking to help accomplish this?”
“Leisure: No matter how much we enjoy our work, we need leisure to feel Super Happy. Do you have any hobbies or leisure pursuits that might inspire a business idea that would lead people to greater happiness?”
“Mindset: Our mindset helps us maintain super happiness even during bad times. Can technology help us master and practice positive thinking, mindfulness and taking a “helicopter view” that rises above distractions for reaching our goals?”
